Review Your Eligibility
Some SNAP recipients are now required to be connected to a job, volunteer opportunity, or education and training program at least 80 yours per month. See whether this applies to you or if you qualify for one of the many exemptions…
Update Your Information
Report your work requirements, updates in your income. or changes to your household to the Illinois Department of Human Services. You can do this online or call the IDHS line at 1-800-843-6154, or visit your local IDHS office.
Need help applying for SNAP/Link?
If you have not applied for SNAP/Link support, you can apply online with the State of Illinois by visiting the Illinois Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) website to create a secure account and complete your application in about 30 minutes.
